The staff here was pleasant, DECENT location. The rooms were functional, separate bedroom for a good sleep. There was a gorgeous garden in the hotel Everything was very clean and within 5 minutes' drive of Nanaimo Harbour Water airport.

The whole experience was best, nothing to complain about, would recommend. Staff were phenomenal and we loved our time there. We had access to safe parking, good pool.

the weather was fine, had really great stay. the hotel had a good lobby. lots of facilities like: balcony, flat screen tv with cable channels and terrace. there also was paid parking and amazing pool.
